Found Chuck Jr. and Sr. when I moved to the area a few years back and had the dreaded window regulator issue with my 2006 Highlander hybrid plus a few other pressing repairs as well - went to 3 different mechanics, including a shop that specialized in Toyotas recommended to me by my car’s previous owner, and was quoted at least 3 times as much by the 2 others shops plus a ridiculous wait time to even bring it in for the repairs. The place that specialized in Toyotas even told me I may have to leave my car with them for a few days. Redding’s scheduled me within the week and took care of everything in one day for a totally reasonable and affordable price for me. They did not and never have since tried to sell me repairs my 20 year old vehicle could do without at the budget I’m working with. At one point when my brakes needed to be replaced they let me know I could go another month on them, which I did, lol. I have brought my Highlander to them for numerous issues and they are always straightforward, ridiculously honest and the repairs are prompt. Today they fixed an issue for half the price they originally quoted me as the repair was a different fix than the one anticipated. They di

Took my car there yesterday for a problem with my electrical steering pump they were able to figure out without having to replace the pump which may have cost me 1600. They get a they did a great job I would recommend them and will be taking my car to them again whenever I have a problem.

Redding’s Auto is hands-down the best in town. Honest, reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. The team is professional, friendly, and takes the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle so you feel confident in every repair. It’s rare to find a shop that combines top-quality work with fair pricing and outstanding customer service, but Redding’s does exactly that. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an auto shop they can truly trust.

Awesome service, great communication and done when stated. We went to a dealership and got quoted a ridiculous amount. Chuckie was able to do exactly the same for half the price and found an additional problem the dealership didn't. I initially went to the dealership because I thought it was covered under our extended warranty which it wasn't. I have never been disappointed going to Redding's!!
